Rolling Thunder Project

The Rolling Thunder Project is having the T police out in force as if this was Iraq or a war zone. On Columbia RD corner Washington ST. 3/30 and 3/31 T police command vechile parked in bus stop (huge thing) People have to stand in street to wait for bus. 3/30 when Bus 19 came on speaker police said rolling thunder check and asked driver if everything was all right and bus didn't spot in usual spot making us unsure whether to board or not. Didn't make me feel safer.
At Fields Corner Station a whole pack of police officers on bikes who then took up a whole lane of traffic. Wouldn't effective use of police be to spread out in pairs and cover more area instead of showing off.
3/31 there was a whole pack of officers hanging out in a vacant lot on Columbia RD. a few blocks from Washington ST. (toward Uphams Corner)
I feel money could be spent better having officers more spread out daily on T not this show off event It doesn't make me feel any safer. It makes me feel we're in a war zone and this is an occupying force. Wouldn't the officers be better off trying to get to know us This doesn't make me feel comfortable dealing with them. The T could use this money for better service
