Energy and environmental justice issues arise when energy/environmental burdens and benefits are inequitably distributed among racial and economic groups.

ACE Director Kalila Barnett will be speaking on a panel about fair treatment and involvement of all people in decision-making regarding the siting of facilities, use and provision of resources, the development of jobs, and the impact of pollution and community development.
