UYYWB's monthly meeting. Join the group's inspired approach to youth issues and help them lobby the city for more youth resources. Meetings are generally the first Wednesday of each month at ACE.
March with a coalition of groups and residents for Family Reunification and Just and Immediate Immigration Reform. The March starts at the Everett City Hall at 2 p.m. and will build momentum and numbers through Chelsea (meet at City Hall at 3 p.m.) and East Boston before the 4 p.m.

In 1987 the United Church of Christ commissioned and published a nation-wide study done on the environmental burdens placed on communities in relation to their racial and class demographic makeup. The findings revealed a strong correlation between overburdened communities and their demographics, legitimizing the use of terms such as environmental racism and classism and forming a cornerstone of the movement for environmental justice.
