Join us for the first 100 days of Trump keeping toward organizing and action- we will be planning a workshop series leading up to the march. Stay tuned!
On January 21, 2017, we will unite in Boston to march in solidarity with communities most affected by hate, intolerance and acts of violence being perpetrated throughout the nation -- among many are communities of women, immigrants, people of color, and people who identify as LGBTQIA and people with disabilities.
Join us for the People's Inauguration!
This will be a gathering in downtown Boston in response to the inauguration in DC. We will take action together and "swear in" to each other, making a commitment to one another to stand up against injustice and build an alternative world together. This will be a protest against the incoming adminstration and a celebration of our communities and the vibrant alternatives we have to offer.
Activities and actions start at 3:30pm at Dewey Square 572 Atlantic Ave, near South Station.
What kinds of power and organizations do we need and why?
What opportunities and models do we see?
What do we mean by "independent" political power?
How do working class communities of color stay in the lead?
