A proposed energy plant divides Brockton residents

In Brockton, a proposal to build a power plant has become a center of controversy. Supporters say the plant will bring jobs, clean energy and new revenue for the city. Opponents claim the environmental impact outweighs the economic benefits. Emily is joined by attorney Eugene Benson who represents the residents against the plant and Peter Valberg, a scientific consultant for the Brockton Clean Energy Plant.
