New England Women in Energy & Environment: Inaugural Event
From 4:00 - 4:30 p.m. there will be a Steering Committee meeting, and at 4:30 p.m. Nancy Farias will present "Implementation of the Green Communities Act", an analysis of the Green Communities Act, its funding mechanisms, and how the Commonwealth will implement the various provisions.
Nancy Farias is a senior vice president at Smith, Ruddock & Hayes, a public policy consulting firm, where she focuses on legislation and regulatory issues for energy and health care.
