The City of New Bedford’s Technologies of the Future program is
an outreach and awareness-building campaign designed to build
a deep community-wide knowledge base and skills bank to enable
the citizens of New Bedford to participate meaningfully in
decisions that affect their environment and their families’ health.

The Technology of the Future program invites all residents of New
Bedford to attend a community meeting on Healthy Homes and Healthy Communities with Dr. David Turcotte, a professor at the Center for Family, Work and Community at UMass Lowell.
