Boston City Council Hearing on BU's Bioterrorism Lab Wednesday, April 15, 2009 Boston City Hall, City Council Chamber 5:00 p.m. Hearing is estimated to end at 7:00 p.m. The Boston City Council is holding a hearing on whether the Boston University Bioterrorism Lab might violate the Boston Public Health Commission regulation prohibiting performing rDNA research that requires BSL4 containment. Representatives of BU and the BPHC, scientists, and ACE Legal Counsel Eugene Benson are scheduled to make presentations to the Council.
