Are you ready to pay MORE for LESS? As soon as September the MBTA will be forced to increase fares and cut service massively to pay for its BIG DIG debt. Our legislators have the power to fund the T and stop these massive fare hikes and service cuts. But they need to hear from you that it will be devastating for riders, for our economy, and our environment.

Every Thursday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., youth from around the city join REEP to have their own space for discussions about school, health, and other social issues that they want to talk about. The discussions are open to all youth and light refreshments are provided.

Tomás Aguilar, founding member of Colectivo Flatlander, works with the collective supporting the immigrant rights and social justice movement in Texas and the South. Tomás also worked at the Workers Defense Project supporting Gulf Coast organizations working with immigrant day laborers. He recently researched and co-wrote for UCLA-LOSH and NDLON a report titled Risk Amid Recovery: Occupational Health and Safety of Latino Workers in the Aftermath of Gulf Coast Hurricanes.
