There will be an evening fundraiser on Friday, March 20th at the home of David Ludlow in Jamaica Plain to help raise funds for Chuck's legal defense. This event is generously co-sponsored by Mel King, Ty DePass and Horace Small. The goal is to raise $5,000 of the $20,000 he needs for legal defense and campaign expenses through the summer.

Tomás Aguilar, founding member of Colectivo Flatlander, works with the collective supporting the immigrant rights and social justice movement in Texas and the South. Tomás also worked at the Workers Defense Project supporting Gulf Coast organizations working with immigrant day laborers. He recently researched and co-wrote for UCLA-LOSH and NDLON a report titled Risk Amid Recovery: Occupational Health and Safety of Latino Workers in the Aftermath of Gulf Coast Hurricanes.
