Bikes Not Bombs is hosting a youth-led bike tour this Sunday. The eight mile ride will include six stops. Meet at 9:30 AM at the Bikes Not Bombs Hub, 284 Armory Street, Jamaica Plain. A barbecue will follow.

Mayor Menino and the City of Boston will host a ceremony to open a time capsule from 1922 found at the historic Ferdinand's Blue Store Addition. The Mayor will also announce city plans to place a new time capsule in the renovated Ferdinand Building.

The Chelsea Collaborative’s R.I.O.T (Ready Individuals Organizing Teens ) Squad will be hosting a Youth Summit for the Summer Youth Employment Initiative (SYEI). The SYEI is a Chelsea Collaborative Project that provides summer jobs to approximately 275 youth from the City of Chelsea. The day consist of keynote speakers, workshops, and entertainment.
