The Dudley Square Organizing Project (DSOP) works to empower and organize residents of Dudley Square to address local environmental justice concerns. Our team of Roxbury residents is organizing and educating neighbors about how to go green and lower their bills by saving energy.

We’ve helped build a powerful alliance of community, labor and environmental groups with the Green Justice Coalition. This fall, we will hold the utilities companies to their promise of more equity so that more working-class communities have access to energy-efficient services and green jobs.
Over the next three years, the Commonwealth's pioneering energy efficiency policies will create at least 6,000 weatherization jobs. In order to ensure these jobs benefit our city's hardest-hit communities, it is essential that they be “high road” jobs paying a packet of wages and benefits or $22/hour or more.
We are always seeking increased community involvement in our member meetings, weatherization projects, and coalition-building. Check out the menu on the left for more information and ways to get involved.
