I don't ride the buses reguarly. So whenever I need to get somewhere that is not serviced by light rail, it's a real challenge for me to figure out where I'm going. Most MBTA staff in the T stops do not know all of the bus routes and often times the schedule holders are empty. It's hard to find the bus stop signs and the MBTA website is hard to use if you don't know where you are going. Often times it's very hard to figure out if I've missed a bus or not because they run late and often I'll be standing outside in the cold. The drivers are often helpful if I ask them to let me know when I get to my stop, but it would be so much easier if the whole system was easier to use. ~Kristen Stelljes
