Check out this new video, from Brockton and West Bridgewater residents in the campaign against a proposed power plant. The plant would be located in a lower income community with one of the highest premature mortality rates in the state. Running on fossil fuel, it would spew toxic pollutants in the air that can lead to health problems such as asthma, birth defects, heart attacks, lung cancer and contribute to global warming.

The video features an original rap by 3rd Eye Unlimited about the dangers of building a power plant in the neighborhood, along with clips of community members demonstrating and speaking out at public hearings. ACE is representing residents in-house through our pro bono legal Services Program. Congratulations to Brockton and West Bridgewater residents for this powerful new campaign tool!
